Marcelo Crivella was the mayor of Rio de Janeiro from 2016 to 2020. Prior to this, Crivella was a bishop at the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God, a controversial church, founded in Rio. Its leaders were charged with embezzlement and money laundering. During his tenure, Crivella has become famous for rarely appearing in public. So we figured out a way to put him in the spotlight. "Bispo de Janeiro" means "Bishop of Janeiro", a pun on his former position and the name of the city.
